Items will be shipped by First Class Post within the U.K, and via regular Airmail to everywhere else.

USA + Canada 7-10 working days

Items to outside the UK are sent by regular Airmail, therefore there is no tracking number. If you would like your items tracked please contact me first to discuss prices.

Customers outside the E.U. are responsible for any customs charges set by their own country. I will not mark packages as a 'gift' on customs labels - it's illegal!
Items will come beautifully packaged in a patterned envelope, and are shipped either in a padded envelope or a postal box.
ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL
In line with the Royal Mail lost mail policy, items are considered lost after 15 working days within the UK, 20 working days within Europe and 25 working days within the rest of the world. If your item has not arrived within this time please contact me. No refunds or replacements will be sent before this time.
After care - The best way to keep chain shiny is to store it in a sealable bag or jewellery box as air can make the chain dull. Keep the chain away from water, and any perfume or lotion (make sure you put their perfume /lotion on and let it dry before putting the necklace on, etc). If the chain looks dull it can be polished carefully with a soft cloth, or you can buy special cloths which have a small amount of silver polish soaked into them.
